The fraud finder module compares a series of documents (student assignments) to each other to
establish the word similarity. It assigns a so-called fraud score ( a number from 1 to 10,000,
where a high value indicates more similarity) to each pair.
The pairs of documents are then sorted according to their fraud score and presented on screen.
The document pairs with the highest scores are at the top of the list and are the ones that show
such a striking level of similarity that they should be individually checked.
Andromatics can itself carry out this investigation: one press of the key will show the
relevant files on screen.
